The goal: spark public awareness and push key decision-makers into action on the long-ignored Gender Informed Practices Assessment, a damning audit of the inhumane conditions at Oregon’s only women’s prison. Timed with that report’s two-year anniversary—during which there was no meaningful reform—this collage-style social media campaign used torn, highlighted pages of the actual report, layered with weathered prison blueprints, chalk markings, and whitewashed wall textures. By bringing these visuals to life, the campaign turned public attention into a renewed call for the stakeholders to finally act.
